1972 年生，曾於 Lycosasia、新浪網、蕃薯藤擔任網站製作人，並於2007.08~2008.03負責國內某總統候選人網站。喜好網際網路，專精網路策略規劃與實作，近幾年熱衷於 ICT for NPO/NGO。
